Tiramisu

Ingredients
- 300g Savoiardi cookies
- 500g Mascarpone cheese
- 10ml Cuban ruhm
- 6 eggs
- 500ml coffee
- 150g sugar
- 50g cocoa powder
Making
- separate the yolks and the whites
- whip the whites
- mix the yolks with sugar
- add Mascarpone cheese and keep mixing
- add the whites and keep mixing
- add the Cuban ruhm (Cuban ruhm tastes way better than Jamaican, trust me!)
- dip the Savoiardi cookies in coffee
- lay the cookies in a pan
- put the mixture you've made on the cookies
- pour cocoa on the top
- make exact copies of the first layer on the top until you run out of savoiardi
- serve cold, keep in fridge
Bobanova torta

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 120g sugar
- 240g cooking chocolate
- 1 envelope yeast
- 500ml whipping cream
- 1 jar blueberry jam
Making
- separate yolks and whites
- whip the white parts of the eggs
- mix the yolks with whipped cream
- add sugar and continue to mix
- melt the chocolate
- add the chocolate and keep mixing
- ad the whipped white parts of the eggs and mix until it looks right
- bake at 170°C for around 30 minutes
- put the jam on top of the cake
- whip the whipping cream
- add the whipped cream on top of the cake
- serve cold, keep in fridge
